Events and Activities

Ensure that speakers adhere to the guidelines, promoting inclusivity and avoiding offensive or polarizing content.
Promotion and Solicitation

Share opportunities, resources, or collaborations that align with the group’s mission and benefit the community.
Reporting and Accountability
Report any violations of these guidelines to group leaders promptly and discreetly.
Understand that violations may result in removal from the group to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
We reserve the right to prohibit or discontinue any activity or behavior that does not align with our mission of empowering women. To determine whether an activity or behavior aligns with our mission, consider the following:

Improve women’s access to financial resources, employment, or entrepreneurial opportunities?
Challenge and change harmful gender stereotypes and norms?

Increase awareness of women’s legal rights?
Improve or advocate for legal rights for women?
Build women’s self-esteem and confidence?
Promote collective action and solidarity among women?
Deliver benefits broadly to the community, enhancing the status of women overall?
If the majority of these questions are answered with a “NO,” the activity or behavior is likely inconsistent with our mission and may not be allowed.
